If your child excels in this program, we may explore moving them into the Novice group early.
NOVICE
Designed for first- and second-year wrestlers who are gaining experience through novice tournaments. This group also serves as a feeder into the Open program.
The Novice program helps athletes build strong habits in both work ethic and skill, making their transition to the Open level smoother and improving their chances of success at higher levels.

OPEN
Open practices are for wrestlers with tournament experience who are ready for a faster-paced, more competitive training environment.

ELITE
Wrestlers with 3+ years of experience and a State placement may qualify for Elite practices.

Access: Four practices per week (Monday through Thursday)
